Cheese Fondue – This super cheesy recipe for fondue, uses two very distinct cheeses; swiss and gruyere. A hint of garlic, smeared on the pan before melting the cheese, adds a real “Flash of Flavor”, to the already succulent cheese blend. Ingredients to make Cheese Fondue
8 oz Natural Swiss cheese,diced
8 oz Gruyere cheese,diced
2 tb Flour
1 Clove garlic,halved
2 c Dry white wine
1 tb Lemon juice
3 tb Kirsch

Warm Meditterranian Bread – This heavenly homemade bread, with a tatste of the meditterrinian, is a fabulous warm start to any meal. Serve it warm, right out of the breadmaker, or toast it slightly, in the oven or even on the BBQ! Extra moist and appetizing from the yogurt in the recipe.

Ingredients to make Warm Meditterranian Bread
1/2 c Water
2 c White bread flour
3 tb Yogurt,plain
2 ts Dry milk
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
2 ts Butter
1 pinch Garlic powder
4 ts Black olives,chopped
1/2 ts Sweet basil
1/2 ts Dill weed
2 1/2 tb Feta cheese
2 1/2 tb Cucumber,pureed
1/2 ts Fast-Rise yeast *** OR ***
1 ts Active-Dry yeast
SUCCESS HINTS: Cucumber should be peeled, seeded, and then pureed. If the feta cheese is packed in water, drain well. Finely chop the black olives.
