tom_bsq Party Tomato Bisque - A great party appetizer, this tomato bisque is! It is chillled, therefore you don’t have to worry about keeping it warm, just put it on the food table and relax and enjoy the party! Easily made ahead, but it is so quick and easy, there is really no need; just blend, and chill.

Prep Time: 5-10 mins
Main Ingredient: Vegetable Juice, Tomato
Difficulty Level: 1

Ingredients to make Party Tomato Bisque

1 1/2 cups vegetable juice cocktail
1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 Tomatoes

Directions to make Party Tomato Bisque

Step 1:

In a blender container, combine vegetable juice cocktail, yogurt, 4 tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Cover and blend at medium speed until smooth. Cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavours
